Steven Andrew Parker’s: The Phantom of the Apra
I was happy to be able to participate in Apra’s Data Science Now challenge as a fun way to practice data analysis outside of work. I was even happier to find out that my submission was selected, along with a handful of others, to be featured as part of the 2021 Data Science Now conference.
The challenge revolved around managing existing portfolios and how to strategically assign newly screened prospects. I chose to create a set of dashboards which I would use in a presentation to the organization’s leadership to explain why the portfolios should be restructured and how to go about that in a data-driven way.
